La plan\u00e9it\u00e9 ainsi que l\u2019horizontalit\u00e9 sont des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de surface. Le premier se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la variation de courte longueur d&rsquo;onde de la surface, le second donne une information sur la pente du dallage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exploitants et les propri\u00e9taires de b\u00e2timents sont tous \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un sol \u201c<strong>superplan<\/strong>\u201d. &nbsp;C&rsquo;est un terme tr\u00e8s ambigu qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour signifier beaucoup de choses diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accept\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;industrie comme repr\u00e9sentant la classification la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e requise pour les syst\u00e8mes en all\u00e9es \u00e9troites (VNA).<br>Une d\u00e9finition ou sp\u00e9cification plus appropri\u00e9e serait DM1 selon Concrete Society TR34 4<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> Edition (GB) ou bien Fmin100 selon ASTM E1486 (US).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-1fr-1024x900.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4231\" srcset=\"https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-1fr-1024x900.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-1fr-486x427.jpg 486w, https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-1fr-768x675.jpg 768w, https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-1fr.jpg 1321w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>\u00a9RCR Flooring Applications South Africa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le risque est qu\u2019une telle sp\u00e9cification pourrait devenir pr\u00e9judiciable pour la majorit\u00e9 des utilisations qui sont en trafic libre lorsque le trafic croiserait perpendiculairement au sens du trafic dirig\u00e9 un sol r\u00e9alis\u00e9 selon cette classification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, nous arrivons au langage sp\u00e9cifique utilis\u00e9 autour du sujet de la m\u00e9trologie, ou plus simplement de la mesure de la surface des dallages.<br>Une terminologie sp\u00e9cifique et des donn\u00e9es techniques \u00e9blouissantes, lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont saupoudr\u00e9es dans une conversation, peuvent sembler tr\u00e8s savants. Ils sont souvent utilis\u00e9s pour justifier \u00e0 quel point une entreprise ou une m\u00e9thode est meilleure par rapport \u00e0 une autre, en particulier lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;utiliser des appareils exclusifs de contr\u00f4le. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces appareils de mesure, nous pouvons obtenir de fa\u00e7on ultra rapide une quantit\u00e9 d\u2019information gigantesque couvrant l\u2019ensemble des surfaces. C\u2019est ainsi l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;examiner de mani\u00e8re plus appropri\u00e9e les exigences de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de surface des sols industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une vraie compr\u00e9hension de termes tels que ceux ci-dessous, est toujours n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>horizontalit\u00e9<\/li><li>plan\u00e9it\u00e9<\/li><li>ondulation<\/li><li>super plan<\/li><li>mouvement d\u00e9fini<\/li><li>mouvement libre<\/li><li>exactitude<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>tol\u00e9rance<\/li><li>r\u00e9solution<\/li><li>pr\u00e9cision<\/li><li>r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9<\/li><li>incertitude<\/li><li>r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la donn\u00e9e<\/li><li>limites de confiance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Consid\u00e9rons trois caract\u00e9ristiques cl\u00e9s de la mesure : l&rsquo;<strong>exactitude<\/strong>, la <strong>pr\u00e9cision<\/strong> et la <strong>r\u00e9solution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presque universellement, on utilise de mani\u00e8re interchangeable exactitude et pr\u00e9cision alors qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes.<br>Prenons l\u2019exemple de deux policiers qui vont porter six tirs sur une cible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"565\" height=\"307\" src=\"https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-3fr.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4239\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier fait montre de <strong>pr\u00e9cision<\/strong> avec des impacts tr\u00e8s rapproch\u00e9s mais pas centr\u00e9s sur la cible.<br>Le second est beaucoup plus <strong>exact<\/strong>, avec un ensemble bien centr\u00e9 sur le coeur de la cible, mais plus de dispersion des tirs. On pourra dire qu\u2019il vise juste.<br>L\u2019exactitude peut ainsi \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme la proximit\u00e9 du coeur de cible ou la proximit\u00e9 de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. La pr\u00e9cision, elle, est une mesure de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 ou aussi de la fid\u00e8lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9al est bien s\u00fbr de combiner ces deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et d\u2019arriver \u00e0 \u00eatre exact et pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le viseur peut \u00eatre recalibr\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers le centre, tous les coups toucheraient le c\u0153ur de la cible (pr\u00e9cision + exactitude).<br>Sur la seconde cible, un tir a atteint le centre, mais on peut consid\u00e9rer qu\u2019il y a un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de chance. Cette \u00ab chance \u00bb s&rsquo;exprime sous forme de niveau de confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>r\u00e9solution<\/strong> est la plus petite distance pouvant \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9.<br>C&rsquo;est le nombre d&rsquo;intervalles entre les principaux marqueurs de mesure.<br>Afin de mesurer quelque chose avec certitude, la r\u00e9solution est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une d\u00e9cimale plus fine que le r\u00e9sultat requis. En utilisant l&rsquo;exemple de l\u2019illustration ci dessus, un point situ\u00e9 quelque part entre 2 et 3 ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9fini avec certitude qu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,5 pr\u00e8s. Par exemple, un point \u00e0 2,36 cm ne peut \u00eatre que d\u00e9fini entre 2 et 2,5 cm.<br>Ce n&rsquo;est que lorsque la r\u00e9solution montre une \u00e9chelle en mm, qu&rsquo;il peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que le point est entre 2,3 et 2,4 cm. Il ne peut toujours pas \u00eatre mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 2,36 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On comprendra \u00e9galement que si l\u2019on attribue 10 points \u00e0 une balle qui touche le rouge, 5 points pour le bleu et 1 pour le blanc, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019investir dans une r\u00e8gle pr\u00e9cise au dixi\u00e8me de mm pour rectifier le tir. <br>De plus, ce n&rsquo;est pas parce qu&rsquo;une r\u00e8gle indique une \u00e9chelle en \u00bd mm qu&rsquo;elle est n\u00e9cessairement pr\u00e9cise. Pour affirmer cela avec confiance, la r\u00e8gle doit \u00eatre calibr\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 une version connue de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 (certification, \u00e9talonnage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"735\" src=\"https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-4fr-1024x735.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-4fr-1024x735.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-4fr-595x427.jpg 595w, https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-4fr-768x551.jpg 768w, https:\/\/floor-dynamics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/article-2-4fr.jpg 1501w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>\u00a9Floor Dynamics UK<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi tous ces points et ces nuances sont-ils importants ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l&rsquo;adoption croissante des \u00e9quipements de manutention autonomes (AGV, AMR) dans les centres logistiques et les usines de production, de nouvelles exigences se portent sur les sols industriels, en particulier sur les aspects li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de surface et le premier r\u00e9flexe est de r\u00e9duire les tol\u00e9rances autoris\u00e9es pour les dallages ou bien de superposer les crit\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais n\u2019oublions pas que le b\u00e9ton est un mat\u00e9riau h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne au comportement fluctuant et que sa mise en \u0153uvre, malgr\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de m\u00e9canisation, reste avant tout une affaire humaine, dans les conditions d\u2019un chantier.
